Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return full-price items for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and tags. Please note that consumable items like candles, fragrances, and soap, as well as books, magazines, and sale items, are final sale and not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact us for instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure your return is properly packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you by email and process your store credit within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Contact us immediately with photos, and we will guide you through the exchange process. If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Please note that items showing signs of use or wear beyond the reported defect cannot be exchanged. All exchanges are subject to approval after inspection.

Backorders

A backorder occurs when an item is temporarily out of stock but available for purchase. Once restocked, backordered items are shipped promptly. You will receive a notification when your backordered item has shipped. If there are any delays, we will keep you updated.
