Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event or appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be issued, but you may request a credit toward a future event or session at the discretion of the organizer.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled event or appointment. Each booking is eligible for one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a rescheduling fee of $25 per change.
